I want to do a test only cycle with the intent of making maximum lbm gains with minimum fat gain, with more emphasis placed on staying as lean as possible (so, "lean bulk" I guess you would call it). I have been hearing a lot about this paleo diet thing (i'm usually 40/40/20 for years now) and it's touted as a way to make lean gains. Questions:
Is this diet "healthy" overall? I'm concerned about the high fats.
Will this diet be dangerous while on test?
Will this diet be the best option to get the results I'm after? (I was considering 26/43/31 f/c/p)
