Microwave homebrew instead of double boil method?

Is it safe for the actual steroid hormone to microwave the mix for 5-10 sec instead of boiling to melt it into the solution? It's much quicker and it does work quite well, but I'm curious if I am destroying some of the hormone itself. Anyone know anything about that?

i microwaved some test e i made @ 500mgs/ml on low heat and had no problems but i would also say it is better to use a glass beaker on a stove or hot plate ....also wrong section man this should be in lab forum ..........
