Hi all , Just a quick one.
My mrs has been training with weights and C.V for 2y now , She is getting fed up cuz she cant get her body fat down . She eats clean and trains 5 days a week for a hour . I push her and her strength is way up same as her fitness , She wonders if there is anything she can take which is safe and works , she dont really want to take any AAS. Her muscles are still covered even tho she changes for heavy weight to high rep low weight every 2 weeks .
