Super high Estrogen advice

Estrogen high, High, HIGH...

OK Ive been on TRT for 3+ years.
Wellness center for the first year
Endo the last 2.
Neither did a full estrogen test so I decided while on cycle I would have it done myself
Cycle, Test E 400 week, Tren A 300 week
Now for the results.

Testosterone Serum 736 Range 249-836
Testosterone Free 34.59 Range 5.00-21.00
% of Free 4.70 Range 1.5-4.2

Estradiol 295.1 Range 7.6-42.6
Estrogen Totals 3308 Range 40-115
Estriol <0.3 Not Established

OK what can I say except WOW and I dont know why I dont feel worse or why I dont have any ED, water weight or other problems although I'm not making gains like I should be obviously.

Yeah I have some liquidex ill start obviously but it's like 1 yr old. Ill order some Aromasin today.
I have Letro and Nolva, should I consider using any?

No I dont have any gyno to speak of either. No itchy nips and they my chest is less fatty if anything compared to a year ago.

Advice? Suggestions?

How far along in he cycle are you the test levels seem to be low regardless of you low t to begin with

I'm really surprised you're not having any ill effects of high E!

I'd get the aromasin and start that. Then retest E later to see where you're at.

How far into the cycle are you, and you say your gains haven't been good: what's your TRT dose?

LOL, I wish it was a mistake but no that is what they are. I'm only 4 weeks into it. I wanted to see what my T levels and E2 would be on cycle. Good thing I checked.

My normal TRT dose is 200mg week.

What would be the ill E2 effects besides what I mentioned? I just ordered some Aromasin but I have some liquidex left from a long time ago Ill jump on again. Any thoughts on doing Letro instead of the liquidex until the Aromasin gets here? I have some of that from quite a while back also.

Even though you are not showing outright symptoms, I would use the Letro since it is stronger and your numbers are so high.

IMO i got my estrogen levels checked for the very first time in april of this year and mine where 126.5pg/ml out of the 10-50pg/ml range..hell and i thought mine was high geeze bro....i'll tell you what i done and it worked,i used liquid stane at 25mg ED for 2 weeks,and got my levles checked again and they were down to 12pg/ml a little low,but that 25mg ed dose done the job,and actaully i ran it for a couple of days at 37.5mg ed,probably wasted that,but mine was on trt dose at 300mg ew....but like i said this was the first time i had ever gotten my E2 levels checked in my life,i also lost 10lbs of water weight and all the swelling in my face went down,so now im on a 6mg/ed dose of liquid stane for my trt dose,when i begin my cycle in sept,i will be using 25mg ED from day one though

I can't remember where I read it but for estradiol doesnt it have to be specified as " sensitive" to get accurate results for a guy? With numbers as far out as yours and no real bad sides you have to wonder.

I think my numbers are accurate and although I have only been on the stane for 4 days I can feel some changes I had just associated with normal and ignored. I think I have been experiencing some prostate enlargement due to more frequent bathroom trips in the night and now Im not getting up as frequently. A little to much information but I had one of the biggest BM I have had in years yesterday. LOL Not in size/width but as in all at one time, DAMN, triple flusher.

Well hopefully in the next week or so I will get down to normal levels and get tested again to check. I didnt go with the letro and dont know/think it would be a good idea to do the letro and stane at the same time, might be to much?
