Just finishing my 2nd cycle

500mg Sust/week

50mg Anadrol


Want some opinions of a good mass/strength third cycle.


6'1" 265lb

17 1/4 " arms

14" forearms

50" chest

will appreciate any help thanks

this is a good bulking cycle bro....if your not to terribly worried about water retention you can try deca at 400mg per week...these doses are not high for a third cycle, i ran just about the same thing on my third cycle....Madmax..

d-bol 40mg (1-4)
sustanon 750mg (1-12)
eq 500mg (1-12)
winny 50mg ed (10-15)

Try enanthate on your next cycle at the same dose. If you had good results from your cycle, just add some eq or deca(I don't like it) and your good to go.

I'd cross out the winny and add some test Suspension in there being that he's looking for strength and mass. Also if you have access to Test H you can use that instead of Sus or Test E or C.
Week 1-10 Test H 400mgs
Week 1-12 Deca 400mgs
Week 8-12 Test Susp 100mgs ed

Or you can substitute fina instead of Test S weeks 5-12 75mgs ed.

Well, if your willing to shoot Sust 3x a week, i would switch that to Enan and add Fina
Something like this

Wk1-4 75mg Prop ED
Wk1-11 600mg Enan
Wk1-10 500mg EQ
Wks7-13 75mg Fina ED

I would do it like this..all these are close...Just try something you haven't done in the past.
