    What's better?

I have a problem eating enough calories during bulking. Would it be better to eat a little more dirty, like cheese, milk, etc. Or stay clean and not get enough calories?

Although milk isn't optimal I would say you could still drink it. I mean don't be silly and do some kind of modified GOMAD program but replacing water with milk in your shakes would be fine in my opinion. That should add an easy 200-300 calories.

Put it this way, without protein you can't gain one once of muscle...If you want to increase your calories I would say eat more protein sources like salmon and beef which are higher in fat but you will still get your protein rather then just eating cheese...Also I would say just increase your carbs and eat more pasta, rice, potato etc...

I do eat alot of both, I don't count my macros due to just looking at other bulking diets I know I'm not comsuming enought clean calories. I can eat VERY dirty and not put on much fat. I have a physical job and in the heat so eating alot then returning to work sometimes makes me sick. I'm trying but it's very difficult!

Try smoothies bro. Make your own with bananas/apples. You can shove your face with as much food as you can then drinking the smoothie is easy.

You could supplement with digestive enzymes, alpha lipoic acid, and betaine hydrochloride to help with digestion and to keep your meals down!

I don't have an issues with keeping them down. I'm just gonna start progressively eating dirtier until I start seeing un acceptable fat gain. It just sucks because I'm only 2% from being in single digit BF. I'll just up my target heart rate cardio and run a Tren cycle afterward, LOL

I hope that's a joke, because there are much more effective ways than your scenario.

Don't know why no one mentioned this yet, but healthy fats are an easy way to get extra cals in. I don't care how full you are, I'm sure you can take down a tbsp of olive oil.

I'm not the biggest fan of supplementing with lots of fat. I would rather up carbs.

This helped me. I would have a meal then after a little bit of time have a liquid meal.
