Hello! New to the forum :)
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to you all. I look forward to being a part of the Women's Forum. Just wanted to say I think it is so great that there's forums such as this available. When I was preparing for my first show a lot of my help was coming from great sources (IFBB Pro Bodybuilder friends of mine) but at the time I didn't have close female friends that were Figure competitors or could even share any insight or experience in regards to the different things I was doing for my contest prep. Thus, I think it is so awesome that women have such a valuable resource of information available to them, with the help and support from other women.
Don't be a 'Bro'..... Believe nothing....Question everything
