low t symptom?

this is random as hell, but i have this butterfly rash on my cheeks and nose, its not very red but still slighty red.. inflammation as well.. it just looks like my face is puffy with red blotch on each inner cheek

im just wondering if this is a low t symptom or high estrogen?

i thought it was an allergic reaction because when i first noticed it about 4 months ago i went to the doc and got a shot of steriods and it went away in 5 min.. a couple days later it came back and its just stayed there since..

what ^they said came to my mind first as well and to add i never heard of a rash when guys mention hormone imbalances, etc.

will you be checking your estrogen/hormones anyway? i'd like to hear a follow up if you would...
