Puffy nips

Ok so I am not to sure which sub-forum this belongs in so I posted it here but anyway I have had puffy nips for the longest time and I was wondering what you guys did to get rid of it I know people use letrozole or anastrozole I am going to be using anastrozole but how many mgs for how many days because I am hoping to get rid of this by next march because that is when I am going to compete.

I use Nolva (tamoxifen Citrate)

But I thought doesnt get rid of estrogen and puffy nipples is an estrogen related side effect so wouldnt you need an aromtase inhibitor
