i know i dont eat much carbs coz my trainer tells me not to but when i speak to other people they tell me to eat everything... and i do find really tried after a workout

Is it my diet? or is it my work out?
or am i just worrying too much, its still early.

6pm: 300g beef or chicken with lots of steamed veggies.
9.30pm protein shake 1scoop of casein fish oil 2caps

mixed fruits and nuts all day but not much as i find my self going to the toilet lol!

I'm no expert but from what I've read and also been doing myself is eating at least 50grams of complex carbs (I eat oats) and a protein shake 2 to 3 hours before your workout.

Also from what I've read your diet should be 50-40-10.
That is 50% protein 40% carbs and 10%fat

Protein should be whey isolate, all carbs should be complex carbs and all fats should be good fats.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

If you goal is to bulk then this diet is not optimal IMO. I myself am very carb sensative and have to watch carb intake however when bulking the intake of complex carbs is crucial for mass gains.
If your goal is recomposition (lose fat gain muscle) then you may not be optimizing your cycle at all. Recomp is a tough road - only possible imo for newbies and those coming off a long layoff. In any other case you will see very minimal changes imo. Changes making a recomp not worth it.
If your goal is cutting - then this diet may be pretty good (btw be better to see all the macros and total caloric intake )
All in all i think you and your trainer need to get on the same page. It seems like your expectations are to gain mass and he has you on more of a cutting type diet and training protocol (ie doing extensive cardio.)

This can;'t be a serious thread... Your on tren for your first cycle and you have been training 7 days a week ? Are you taking Tren Ace or Tren E ? There are so many problems you need to stop your cycle immediately and do more research you clearly have no clue what your doing whatsoever. Do you have Nolva and Clomid ?

Yeah, sounds like you want to put on some mass and some muscle..All you are taking in is 1/4 of brown rice and the rest is fruit...I would die on this. If I were you I would cut the fruit and stick to some good complex carbs like oats. You don't even have any carbs for breakfast let alone before you workout or after a workout. Again, this diet might be for cutting but if I was you I would at least try eating some complex carbs in the morning, before workout and after. If you like how you feel and look maybe even try throwing in carbs in every meal....

And to be honest, most of the trainers I have come across or have seen at my gym know very little. Usually take a weekend course and then think they are Dorian Yates after. I have seen and heard how much misguided information they have given people, it actually makes me angry sometimes....Make sure your dude is legit.

But anyways, let us know what your goals are because I'm kind of just speculating by the way you wrote your post

^^ I totally agree with Calstate you need more complex carbs especially the times when your body is in need of them (morning, before and after training). Try adding them slowly and watch how your body responds. After that you can adjust according to the way you look and feel

YEs if this is a bulk cycle then you are eating waaaayyyy to little complex carbs. With the gear you are on you should be eating a MINIMUM of 3000 cals per day and 50% of your calories should come form carbs ( if this is a bulk) try 50% carb 40% protien and 10% fat
