I don't think it matters whether or not its sublingual, I'm pretty sure 1 dropper = .8ml though.

doesnt matter tounge or not - the new droppers I saw have a measurement thingy - I thnk the old glass ones were 1ml tho

Doesn't matter, I just took straight down and it still had great effects. I don't think it is fine enough for sublingual delivery to be much more effective.
