Sust 250 injections

For those who have used sustanon 250 what would you suggest on when to inject? once or twice a week. Isnt the half life longer in this compound?

I like to do 2 weekly with Sus regardless. Its supposed to be better for lasting longer and requiring less dosages, but I still prefer the twice a week method. EOD with smaller doses doesnt seem to do as much for me with Sus.

I have done 1x per week injections with success but after years of working with SUST
I would suggest a minimum of 2 x per week. For the advanced maybe even EOD.
