hey guys.....
i was hoping some of you could make some suggestions for resources for finding workout routines
i have three routines that I work through on a regular basis (each of the routines is complete in that all body parts are worked once in a week)
i usually switch these routines out every 6-8 weeks. they are great, but i am kinda getting bored with them and it would be nice to have some new routine or two to incorporate. i am focusing on strength and mass building.
