I have never used needles before. I am looking for the cycle that will gain 15-20 pds in 10 weeks and boost my endurance up as much as possible. I run the 800m so gaining a little weight isn't going to kill me like it would a marathon runner.
Just to give you an idea of how my body reacts to this stuff. The first time I used the pill form of tren. I gained 15 pds and put 40 pds on my bench in 4 weeks. I currently way 170 and would like to get around 185-190 in 10 weeks.
I was thinking EQ VAR and just enough DECA to keep my joints loose. I have heard that EQ is great for increasing red blood cell count and VAR does the same and is one of the best steroids for gaining strength for your size. I also heard that is does something that is not good for your endurance. But I would think that the faster recover would out way that.
Would that be the best combination or is there something better? Also how much would this cost, how much should I use? and what is the best way to get some?
I workout 5 times a week after I run. Everyone says that running distance will make me slower. Since I started running distance (with no sprinting) I have been able to jump higher and I haven't even been working legs in the gym.
If I start working legs once a week and add 1 sprinting day a week to my workout, with the steriods, how much faster will this make me?
Also what are some good exercises for speed and jumping ability.
The last thing I would like to know is what is the best exercises to get the V on the bottom of your abs besides lowering your body fat? I have heard that declined sit ups and hanging leg raises are good. Would hitting a tire with a hammer be good for the V and side abs?
