    Lost 31lb on cutting diet/diet change,another 14lb to go

Ive come from 276lb down to 245lb on a cutting diet just by cutting my carbs down to less than half of what they were and my calories to just under half and upped my protein intake. After i had decided to cut down my weight and get in better shape i got diagnosed with FLD (fatty liver disease) most likley caused by the binge drinking on the weekends i was out of training due to a injury and the heavy carb loading which was coming from white rice/pasta. Iv'e now changed my carb sources to brown rice and oats and rarley eat anything white. My target is to get to 231lbs with a bodyfat of 12%. My current progress was done without using any forms of enhancement but i am planning on running a test prop/masteron cycle soon.

    Stats -
    Age - 22
    Current weight - 245lbs
    Height - 6'2
    Bf - around 16 - 18%
    Years training - 10

Here is my new diet -

    Meal 1 - 100g oats/skimmed milk, protein shake, omega-3

    Meal 2 - 2 tins tuna, broccoli

    Meal 3 - 200g chicken, broccoli, 2 rice cakes

    post training -1 scoop whey

    Meal 4 - 100g brown rice, 100g of chicken or 1 tin tuna, omega-3

Meal 5 - Chicken breast, salad

    Meal 6 - cottage cheese

congrats on the 30+ pounds lost! diet looks good in my opinion. if the numbers work out, then you are go to go! if i was you i would not dare do a cycle if your liver is messed up. go do some research on it and you will see, just my .02

    Kudos on your weight loss!

Are you sure you are eating enough with this plan?

And 22 is still a bit too early to run a cycle. When you say you are planning on running a cycle soon, I hope you mean in a couple of years.

i missed the 22. save the cycle for now. and do yourself a favor and see how steroids break down in your body and see why i said to go do your homework.

That was i was thinking, are my eating enough. How could i add more calories without upping my carb intake.

Id consider myself to have a lot on knowledge on steroids and have been researching on them since i was 15, that's when i was going to use them but held off untill i was 21. This will be my second cycle coming up.

here is just one article of the many that i found for you. i can care less what you do to yourself, just trying to inform you on what can happen. not saying it can happen to you, just saying i wouldn't play my liver enzymes when i already have a problem with my liver. i drank heavily in college, heavily, and never had a problem with my liver. i also was dumb and did drugs and plus steroids on top of it, luckily, i did not do any harm to myself nor my organs. i could have really messed myself up because i was not educated on the subject, plus at that time, didn't have a care in the world! just me .02! again

To add more calories you might read some of the threads here where members have their foods logged in their posts.

As far as this being your second cycle and you are only 22, not a good idea. Nobody here will advise you to cycle at 22 much less a 2nd cycle especially since you just learned to eat better. Gotta spend a little more time learning to eat better to support the cycle not to mention why on earth would you want to mess with a good thing when your hormones are HIGH now and you have the chance to take advantage of them.
