    Is winny bad for a newbs first cycle?

    Hi everyone,

    Im 28 years old. 5'8 and 167 pounds. I workout and try to eat the right foods but i have a really skinny look going on and its bothering me. I look "skinny fat". I really want to put on more muscle mass. I dont really care about gaining 20 pounds because i dont think i could keep the gains. So i was thinking about Winstrol

    I read the stickies and newb guides and it is says to do Test Cypionate or Enanthate for the first cycle of a newbie. Im curious...would taking Winny be bad for a first timer? Or should i just try anf get the Test Enanthate and deal with gaining the 20 pounds and trying to keep the gains as best possible?

    Excuse me if im coming of as a idiot but i do lack knowledge here and really can use advice thanks.

    you dont do steroids if you are a newbie.
    you need more research.
    how long have u been working out ?
    cause you saying " skiiny fat " look isnt a person ready to use steroids...not even close...
    u need to enhance your diet and workout hard

    post up your diet in the diet section and they will sort you out. dont do any aas until your diet is good and hold off and see if your gaining weight on diet alone

    okay im reading the diet section now...i was so enthused in reading about AAS's i didnt even look at other forum sections before making this thread... Thanks for the replies guys.

    One of the main reason people tell newbies to do test only is to give their body a chance to react to a new substance. If you run Test C and Winny. You get really bad side effects do you know what compound its coming from?

    Yeah, but that's beside the point here.
    No person (apart from those with serious medical ailments) has such poor genetics that they can't do better than "skinny-fat" (little muscle mass with high bodyfat) naturally. So obviously he's doing a lot of stuff wrong, which needs to be corrected before worrying about AAS.

    To be quite honest...part of me strongly just wants to take a easy way out. I just wanted to cycle just once to get a boost up. Is just doing one cycle all that bad? Im sure im probally in over my head and after posting this thread im thinking about not even bothering with a cycle and just keep trying to eat right and workout regularly.

    Winstrol is a compound used for cutting, so I don't know where you think you're going to go with one cycle of winstrol? If being skinny is bothering you then winstrol isn't going to do anything for you.

    This is of course not mentioning all the other reasons you shouldn't be doing this.

    I don't know who the skinny fat guy is but I was skinny fat in 2007. No shoulders, no arms (like 11" relaxed on a 6'3" fat guy), chicken legs and baby fat all over. If you look at the pic to the left, I did all that "naturally" with regular supps and a couple month-long cycles of prohoromones (the reason I'm ****ed up now so don't do them) but they barely helped. The thing that helped was understanding working out and just keeping at it. Sometimes I can't see any difference in myself from pictures 3 months apart, but 3 years is a world of difference.
    Not to mention, all of the muscle in the pic is since a shoudler surgery where I lost EVERYTHING at the end of 2009. Didn't start lifting until about a year ago to make up for the muscle loss.
