hi there right well ive been going to the gym for a year, im a labourer so i work really hard all the time, i have 2 scoops on whey protien a day, a can of tuna a day and a chicken breast each day! i eat sooooo much food its unreal and i started a cycle of 100mg test 100mg deca 2 weeks ago for 10 weeks but still my weight will not rise, i only do weights no cardio, i work hard, eat the right foods, and now the steriods and i still cant seem to put weight on, my mates down the gym go mabye twice a week, have a few protien shakes and ballon up like mad, so i got fed up staying at this weight and choose to use steroids, im not looking for people to start telling me the side effects of them because im fully aware i just wanted to know if anybody else has had this trouble and what they think i should do?? im thinking of doing the test and deca at 100mg each for the next 3 weeks then the last 5 weeks of the cycle doubling up to 200mg of each.
