    Masteron for Endurance

    I'm training to improve my endurance and cardio capacity right now. I'm trying to decide what dose of Masteron would be best for this purpose. Someone told me that when he took Masteron at 100mg eod his legs got blocked bad so he had to reduce the dose to 50mg eod. Does this sound about right?

    Doesn't sound right at all to me. Masteron isn't traditionally used to increase endurance, but as a pre-contest drug -- and for some users in place of Proviron. For strength/endurance you might want to look at Equipose, as it's known to increase RBC. Halo is a also a possibility if you don't mind the liver toxicity.

    This is a real good queston. Im looking to start a cycle that will help build up endurence and strenght. I was planning on halotestin and test prop. Many members have told me masteron is somewhat similar to halotestin but much less toxic. I am still brainstorming my cycle but I have got some thumbs up on masteron for cardio. Equipoise seems to be most peoples first choice though. Oh yea make sure you add test prop or you will get yelled at

    From what i've read elsewhere around 100mg/week of test is the right amount for enhancing endurance. Masteron is supposed to be good for endurance but I'm not sure what would be the best dose to take. I don't want to take eq because it must be run for a long time. I only want to do a 6 week cycle.

    100mg of test is like a low does TRT dose.. No one would shoot that and shut themselves down at that dose.

    A lot of people mentioned test prop as being realy good for endurence. The important thing is to make sure its prop and not cyp. Prop doesnt cause much bloating. Also Prop works fast . People have been saying tey feel it after only a few days and it clears the system fast also. Its the most ideal test for a short cycle.Slimshady is right though. 100 mgs a week is probably to low . Prop is injected every other day .bodybuilders usually start at 100 mgs eod. Maybe 50 mgs eod would be good for a runner. Its important to injct prop at least eod . Its very short acting . So 100 mg a week would be about 25 mgs eod That seems to low

    Obviously neither of you have any experience taking test for endurance purposes. I can't mention other forum names here but there is one that is devoted to endurance training and they have lots of long distance runners and cyclists there. The consensus is that around 100mg test per week is ideal. Some have taken up to 150mg week, but no more and it does not matter if it is prop or cyp. Cyp just take longer to feel its effects.

    At 100 mg of cyp a week you might bloat up like the Michelin Man...careful...

    I don't care if 100mg a week is good for endurance or not - it's ignorant and stupid to shut your natural production of test off by injecting 100mg, just to give yourself back your body's natural amount.

    Long distance runners and cyclists obviously don't understand shit about hormones and HPTA.

    I personally like shorter esters so I am bias .They just work better for me . however cyp for a short 6 week cycle at a low dose is a big waste Of money. many people dont get the effects of cyp until a month. your body would be naturaly weening of the test before it gets the much abvantage. Shorter cycle= shorter half life. test prop you may feel it within hours if you are very sensitive.

Cyp just take longer to feel its effects.It does make a diff if you're only gonna run it for 6 weeks, Cyp will kick in 4-6 wk just when you're ready to finish, so the ester in your situation does matter.
    Additionally, 100mg/wk is close to what you are producing naturally so whats the point??? The part of aas use I suspect your friends like is the speedy recovery and lack of prolactin building in the muscle so they feel they can run longer with out the muscle cramps and recover faster for more intense training.

    I agree there is no need for bodybuilder doses. That would add mass and maas is generally not good for an endurence athlete. Still 100mgs seema like a drop in the bucket addad to what we produce natty. BUT remember this thread started out as a masteron thread. HAS ANYBODY HAD EXPERIENCE WITH MASTERON IN RELATIONS TO ENDURENCSE?? I would love to know also I was thinking the same as DANMAN.
