depends on diet/pct/genetics etc. Eventually we will always go back to our genetic max

do a proper pct, eat right and work your ass off and you can keep most off your gains less that nasty bloat.

How much you lose after you come off depends on dozens of factors: age, diet, training, drugs used, cycle length, how big you are in relation to your genetic potential, PCT used, etc...

Some guys can hang onto the majority of their gains after a cycle. Others will lose more than they gained (if they really do everything wrong).

Has anyone ever lost more than when they started? Like you weighed we'll just say 200lbs, and you did a cycle, however you finished your cycle, PCT'd properly and you dropped to like 195lbs or something. And you didn't change anything workout/diet wise...

Not with proper PCT, I hope.
But I've witnessed several trainwreck threads where guys were crying about being smaller than when they started because they couldn't run a PCT for whatever reason and were too busy to lift post cycle or eat enough and blah blah blah...

The 1-2 months following a cycle can be murder on someone's body who isn't dedicated to keeping his gains because of the hormonal crash and high cortisol.

which is why you should always build a natural foundation over a period of a few years, then after diet and exercise are dialed in, then you can think about aas....

    agreed.

Yes it could be possible to worse afterwards. If someone's body stays shut down or at real low level it def possible to be worse of then before the cycle

eventually its gonna come off. If we could all gain and keep 5lbs on every cycle we would be monsters. However let say you weigh 180 and genetically your body can keep around 200lbs. You do a cycle and get to 210, there is more of a chance you well always stay higher than what you were previously but if lets say your 200lb and your genetic max is 200lbs, you do a cycle and get to 225lb,, your eventually gonna come back down to 200lb. (if diet exercise all remain constant)

It is also possible to lose fat during cycle and then with poor PCT, and end up less than one started.

I cant keep anything over 200-205lbs natural my body just wont allow it which is why personaly I dont run crazy cycles because its not worth the money, or being shut down for long periods of time just so I can say I was 260lbs for a few months. Im happy with my body at around 195-210...I look solid! very large but no a freak and I am able to keep most of my gains.

This is what ive heard and it has seemed to work for me, but not a totally smart idea. The longer you stay on cycle, your body starts to adapt. Ive went on cycle for long periods of time and built lean quality mass, and when i do come off, with PCT and eating good and some cortisol blockers and also not to forget still hard work in the gym. I maintain just about everything, maybe drop 5-10lbs at the MAX.

However i should state that i do use IGF-1 after every cycle for the entire duration of my PCT. And i also used HCG during my cycles and HMG after cycle but before PCT.

if this is the case, i need to invest in some igf-1 for when i come off and run it for 4 weeks during pct right?? i only seem to keep 2lbs of muscle when i come off. most of the time i do shrink and its not because of poor diet or training. really p1sses me off

i was the same, i reckon it was to do with ever dwindling natty levels after each cycle. i actually ended up weaker than when i was natty

Everyones diff bro, I come off and dont lose much. But like i said Im also running 8iu HGH a day and when i come off cycle i hit IGF 100mcg ed for 6 weeks during my PCT, i mean yeah i lose SOME size, but its mostly water i believe. I use HCG on cycles, HMG before PCT, cruise on HGH, hit some IGF-1 and use Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/10 and use clomid for the first 2 weeks with it, 50/50(long heavy cycles). Your only gonna keep what your natural genetic limit is though. My father had great genetics. For some reason i seem to get bigger when i come off cycle lol.

This might seem irrelevant to some, but when I started my cycle I was 200lbs. I'm on my 10th week now weighting in @ 195. I lost a lot of BF% and have a more muscular physic now.

  25. #25
I got to alittle over 250 at my highest....I retained the muscle structure if that sounds correct? I had been on steroids off and on since I was 17 till 22 (One of the biggest mistakes of my life). I cruised, same as TRT from somewhere around 20-22. I know after physicals when I was 23 I was down to 198 @ 6'3 but still had great muscle development. If I only knew what I was going to go through post all of this, man...Never would have done it, way to young.

If you continue to train hard,,,,diet,,,supplement and use the proper PCT,,
you should be able to keep a large portion of your gains.

That's actually just completely irrelevant to this entire thread. You're doing a cutting cycle, so obviously you're going to lose weight.
