    Putting up together second cycle!

    Stats:
    Age:22
    Height:5'11'3
    Weight:195
    B/f%:around 8
    AAS experience: 1 cycle under my belt.


    I'm currently into 2 weeks of pct Nolva 20 and Clomid 50. I felt and feel normal the entire time of PCT and had no problem maintaining erection. I had gained solid 10lbs out of Test cycle only,but lost about 8lbs already which sucks. So i'm considering the following:


    Week1-10 Test E 500mg a week
    Week1-4 Tbol 50mg a day
    Week5-10 Proviron 50mg a day
    Week11-18 cruise on Test E 200mg to solidify my gains and progress.
    Week1-18 Clomid 25 EOD instead of HCG so my balls wont forget how to function...

    PCT Nolva and Clomid.


    Please vets let me know what you think of that.

    Too young for aas, and it seems to me that you need to do somemoe research. If you only gained 10lbs on cycle and lost it all, then you need to get your diet in check firs and foremost.

    Mate did you lose 8pounds and now you are carrying 10which you have kept? Or did you gain 10 and lost 8? Anyway why are you going to run test at 200mg foe a few more weeks? There's no point unless your going to do that to set your self up for another cycle, proviron needs to be run on 75-100mg to notice it's effect, dump the clomid and use HCG.

    I gained 10 and lost 8. I want to run test at 200mg for extra 8 weeks to solidify my gains that i will make in those first 12 weeks, so after i come off i wont lose much...

    thats not going to fix your problem. Your diet is the issue. And staying on longer is only going to make it harder for you to recover. Fix your diet or anything you do is a waste

    I lost most of my gains because i started partying too much right after the cycle, didnt workout that often and obviously didnt eat enough...

    yeah well u cant do that.have a strict diet . if you dont have a perfect diet you cant do steroids or it will be useless

    That was never going to work. I might as well say it first. Not got a diet, not training regularly with proper volume and intensity. Why use AAS? To make up for lack of discipline, diet and hard work? Good. Wouldn't it suck if a little juice would solve those problems and everyone could achieve the same results?

    when I'm lifting weights, I don't drink. NOt even a beer. But that's just me. Some blokes can drink a single beer and walk away. For me, one leads to two....

    My point is, OP, it sounds like you don't have a clue what you want. You take aas to gain, then you want to go out and party with your pals which is opposite of what you need to do to gain. This is a lifestyle, and requries discipline. Something you don't seem to have yet.
    Until you do, you are wasting your own time, and really, ours, since you probably won't settle down and do what you are supposed to do.

    When you figure out what you want to do, come back and tell us you are serious enough to listen to what we tell you when you ask our advice.

    I agree, I think 22 is a lil young. With that being said theres a chance that you might do it anyway so lets at least make it as productive and safe as we can.

    Week1-10 Test E 500mg a week why stop here. I'd run the test til wk14
    Week1-4 Tbol 50mg a day I'd used Tbol before and 60mgs ed seemed to work pretty good for me.
    Week5-10 Proviron 50mg a day To be honest i don't think you need this. A simple test e cycle will probably get you to where you wanna be
    Week11-18 cruise on Test E 200mg to solidify my gains and progress. Just NO. After wk 14 wait about 2wks and start your pct. This is a bad idea.
    Week1-18 Clomid 25 EOD instead of HCG so my balls wont forget how to function... You can use clomid during cycle "to keep your balls functioning" but your going to be so horny for the test i don't think you have to worry. Your PCT is where their going to start working again.

    PCT Nolva and Clomid.
    Nolva=40/40/20/20
    Clomid=100/100/50/50
    This is what i ran with my test only cycle and didn't have any problems. I hope this at least gets your thinking. Last but not least....FIX YOUR DIET. Your last cycle you lost most of your gains. Your diet and PCT HAS to be in check for you to keep your results and recover properly.

    ^^^ your post makes no sense. you agree that he is to young then say tell him how to do it safe. So your answer is to run a longer cycle of 14 weeks instead of 10 and up the dose of tbol? Also you dont use clomid during cycle

    Yes i said to make it as productive and as safe as possible. I know when i've cycled Test E i made ALOT of gains from wk 9-14, so if he stops at wk 10 he'd miss the best part of it. I know a couple of users that have ran clomid during cycle to help with bloat. Now I think nolva would be a better choice here, but based on the users experiences it worked for them. They reported not having issues with bloat and/or gyno. As far as the Tbol is concerned I started mine at 40mgs and gradually increased it to see how low I could go. I wanted to see the least amount that i noticed some gains. I'm sure we know the more common doses of Tbol are usually 60-80mgs ed. I would have liked to run 80mgs but it was just too expensive.

    then you are doing something wrong or you had bad gear cause most users see their gains earlier and they typically diminish after 10 weeks.
    Clomid does not help with bloat. And there is alot better choices then nolva to use on cycle especially just for bloat.

    Yes i know the common dose for tbol. but this guy shouldn't use anything. So if you are going to recommend something safe there is absolutely no reason for him to run 2 substances.

    So as far as safety your cycle is 2 long. No reason for tbol. Clomid wont help with bloat or estrogen on cycle.

    I saw gains earlier but they seemed to go off the charts during that time....it was awesome! My weights were consantly going up moreso than in the beginning of the cycle. I don't think the gear was bad, that cycle I was using HG test amps. I've had bunk test before and that wasn't it, lol. I think using an AI to control bloat on cycle is a lil overkill. There are alot of users out there that use nolva while on cycle just to control bloat. But, thats just user perference.
