im 2 for 2 this week, first delt injections( thanks once again to xbiker, those pics helped immensely) and now bicep injections.......did my first one last night, over the internet, with a well known and well liked mod guiding me , step by step. my thanks goes out to him, as without him i probably never would have attempted this. i have an inherent fear of needles that took me a while to get over(about 10 years) but now its like a walk in the park.........next up tris...................
anyways just wanted to share in my progress.
