I messed up my PCT.... Help

Just finished a 12 week cycle of 400mg test E per week. 1 Week after my last injection I did a single dose of 500IU of HCG. I then realized my information was wrong and that clomid/nolva would be a better combo. I had planned on taking 500IU for 7 days and then starting my Nolva/clomid 2 weeks after my last test E shot.

This still leads me to be mixing clomid/HCG..

Option 1 *Should I stop the HCG (only had 1 dose), wait and take nolva?

Option 2 *HCG for a week, day 7 start nolva, day 12 start comid?

Option 3 *HCG for 10 days with Nolva and drop the coomid?

I really f***ed up by not educating my self about this prior. This will be the last mistake I make. Please let me know what I should do.

Let me know if i have this right, you still have a week before your supposed to start pct, if that is correct then during that week inject your hcg 3x at 500ius a time and then start your clomid and nolva pct on time......

Its not advised to run hcg during pct as it can be further suppressive....

Drop the hcg and just run nolva and clomid. 14 days after last injection

Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

It's really not a big deal. Just pin 1000 IUs of HCG each day until you run out, then run a normal 5-6 week PCT.
Overlapping HCG and SERMs a bit won't kill you.
