    Looking for a boost...any suggestions?

I started bulking in February of this year and, so far, I've managed to put on 23 pounds. For the past couple months, gains have really slowed down. I was at 3,700 cals/day; now I've bumped it up to 4,200. I've also switched up my workout routine a bit.

I used to cycle 5 or so years ago, but I don't really want to start up again (at least not right now). I'm considering trying some other type of supplement just to give me a 'boost' and help me break through this plateau. My goal is to add another 5-6 pounds of lbm by the end of the year before I start my cut in February.

    Stats:
    5'9"
188 lbs (started at 165 in Feb)
    27yo
    ~15%bf
Currently, I am taking a MV and creatine mono @ 5g/day.

I would prefer something that will not require a PCT or mess with my natty test, but I'm looking for ALL suggestions, so post away. What would you recommend?

Thanks for the suggestion, PB. Could you summarize what exactly nitric oxide is and how it would aid in muscle gains? I've heard of it before and, from what I remember, it gives you a pump in the gym. Not sure how it works in aiding anabolically tho??

Nitric oxide or arginine increases the blood flow which allows more nutrients to be deliveried to the muscles. The increase in blood flow also gives you more pump and increases vascularity.

It also contains a few grams of creatine mono, beta analine (increased muscle endurance) and other simulants like caffiene and 1,3 dim to give you that mental focus during your workout.

Tweak your diet would be my suggestion mate, play around with macros and try to increase carbs or fats and decrease protein a little.

That's actually what I did when I bumped from 3,700 to 4,200. All extra calories came in the form of complex carbs and healthy fats. I'll see how the adjusted diet goes, but I'm just looking for an extra boost, ya know?
