ex. inject 2ml into the quad, then get a new syringe and inject another 2ml in the same muscle but a little bit over from the first spot

You could, but why wouldn't you just switch to the other quad?
procedurally, it shouldn't be a problem. not sure why you would want to pump 4ml into the same area when you have a second perfectly good quad sitting right there in front of you.
....my leg is starting to hurt already just thinking about 4ml into the same area
the only real concern I would have is one of tissue absorption. That much in the same area could possible effect the tissue's ability to absorb. If it doesn't absorb it, you could have a good size lump there for awhile...
I.M. Injection sites/Typical injection ml [Nursing Procedures 3rd Ed. Springhouse Pg. 245]:
Deltoid: Typical injection : 0.5 ml (range: 0.5 to 2.0 ml).
Dorsogluteal (rump): Typical injection : 1 to 4 ml (range: 1 to 5 ml).
Ventroglueteal (side of hips): Typical injection : 1 to 4 ml (range: 1 to 5 ml).
Vastus lateralis (quads): Typical injection : 1 to 4 ml (range: 1 to 5 ml).
So to sum up, put it in one barrel....
My thoughts exactly ^^^^
Just inject 0.5ml at a time.... And take a 5-10 second break between each 0.5ml
That's what I do to make sure the oil is going in nicely
So if your tissue doesn't absorb it, does that mean u basically lost your dose? I'm not positive but I thought you would only lose your dose if you inject into a blood vessel (which I don't know how that would happen if u aspirate) I had a knot in my quad for almost 3 weeks on a 1ml. injection. Only happened once but I avoid that quad now. I payed attention and noticed I never felt my prop kick in.
The knot is gone now so does that mean it finally got absorbed and I got the full dose at some random time? It took weeks to go away.
Sry if I Hijacked op
