Hi guys! I need some expert advice, so here's the deal:

I'm 27, 5' 11", and 145 lbs. My whole life I've always had very low muscle mass. Definitely in the bottom 5% of males, hell my arms are just over 11" in circumference. I've gone to the gym before, did kind of a standard all-around routine, sometimes tried to eat more than normal, but perhaps one could say I never gave it a serious try. When I did work out, sometimes two or three times a week for several months, I never got any significant gains. I don't know what it is -- maybe part genetics or maybe some kind of a hormone deficiency (note that I have very little facial hair growth).

Before I give up completely I'd like to see if anyone here has any input for my situation.

Here are some constraints:
- I want to focus on arms and forearms, with the target of increased mass and also getting some definition.
- Because I have little time, driving to the gym regularly may not be an option. Once a week may be doable, but otherwise, I'd like to see if I can make do with the little gym we have in our housing community (nothing much there) or a workout bench and various weights in my apartment.
- Something like two grams of protein per pound of body weight is simply impossible for me. I get really full especially when I eat protein, and can't get hungry for a while after that. I suppose I'll have to see how my body adapts as I raise the amount slowly. But I'd have to say that even 120 grams per day is pretty hard to do consistently.
- I'm open to supplements and other things if they are going to help.

What do you think?
