Hey guys just wanting to see what you think of my first cycle.
Being my first cycle ever i have decided to use Test E only.
I have spent about a year researching on and off and 6 months solidly, i have been training on and off for 4-5 years but only seriously with diet etc 1-2 years.
I plan on doing DC training since i have a mate thats had great success on it and i react better to lower volume/high frequency training.
I plan on intaking around 4000-4500 calories a day, when i ran a higher volume routine i was bulking on 4k calories and increasing my weight 1lb a week, so since ill be doing lower volume im assuming 4-4.5k calories will be enough (i will alter this if needed during cycle). Since Androgens vastly improve nutrient partitioning i dont want to end up running my cycle with an overboard diet and getting fat.
Cycle:
16 weeks Test E 350ml/wk - Pinning E5D
AI - 12.5mg of aromasin every day (slightly prone to gyno from being fat when i was younger) I will also have Letro on hand just incase.
PCT - Running a full HTPA Restart minus the HCG;
Clomid - 100mg for 30 days, Nolva 20mg for 40 days.
I know that PCT is the worst part of the cycle but i would rather be sure that im going to fully recover then take a lower dose and end up having to run a second round of PCT.
I have decided to run 350ml/wk over a slightly longer period then the usual 500ml for 10-12weeks so i can experience lower sides and the results should be similar since i will be taking the same amount of test over the whole period.
I will be runing this in a few months, going to lower my BF% first, i plan on sitting around 5'10 170-180lb @ 10% at the start of my cycle.
I will also be getting bloods before cycle and after PCT so that i can monitor all my levels and be sure my body has fully recovered.
