when i feel the first signs of gyno what mg of nolva should i take? and how long do i take the nolva? and pct should be 40/40/20/20?

what are you taking and whats your stats? if its first cycle everybody worries about gyno.


i would use nolva at 40mgs ed until gyno symptoms go and then continue to use throughout cycle at 10mgs.

If gyno is coming around, try using Nolva. But Nolva only blocks receptors, it doesnt get rid of estrogen. So if its not going away even with Nolva, you need to use an AI to fight it. But if its your first cycle, like Munsun said, you are probably just freaking out over nothing. Everyone is edgy about gyno their first time around.

I personally wouldnt recommend Letro unless it was really bad. You could use something milder like Adex or Aromasin. I personally had better success with Aromasin.
