    Angry guide me plz. i m very furstrated with my body

    i had used many of supplements ,i spent 500$ every month on my supplements, but still i am not able to get desirable results,my body is pulpy. i want rock hard muscles with firm definition,vascular physique. i want to shred my belly fat . so plz guide me

    my age is 27,weight is -83, height is -178cm
    fat percent -i am not sure about it but may be more then 20%

    biceps size is 17

    chest size is-43

    i want only lean muscle mass


    and i want become more muscular and vascular

    some one told me to use-anavar,tri trenblone,testosterone
    propionate,primobolone,equipoise

    should i go with these stacks >

    the supplements which i had used are- 14 box of nitrotech,4 cell tech,tribulus,countless liquid amino.allmost every preworkout that available in the market.zma,creatine,gulutamine.cassine protein.bcaa,gainers.and many more. but never use any steroid.so plz help me guys

    No you need none of those. For multiple reasons.
    Stop with all the supplements right now. You dont need most of those and some of them are for the wrong goals.
    What does your training look like.
    Most important what does you typical days diet look like

    ^x2, I bet if you were 100% honest with us and yourself you would post up a diet and routine that is sub-par. I am very pleased with the way I look but it takes tough decisions EVERYDAY. I could, instead of staying up late the night before making a healthy lunch & snacks for the upcoming day, go to some sort of fast-food joint and eat for less money and less time. But the consequences of that choice would be counter productive to my goals, so I stay up late making chicken & rice & veggies & everything else I will need to get me through the next work day.

    The devil is in the details and it is VERY HARD WORK to stick to a clean diet and a vigorous routine but the reward is a very satisfied person everytime I look in the mirror!

    u need diet and training, magazines are scams. do not but the supps because jau cutler endorses them they are not all natural. you need a good diet and training routine to compliment it with cardio.

    So wat you are trying to say is your WEAK you eat things you shouldnt! ME TO Thats why we have a diet section.With guys that can help us.There is no magic pill bro.Make your lunch inthe end its better.Good luck.
