    Migraines and AAS

Ok we all have the same attributes though, pain on the side of the head, normal Exedrine or Aspirine doesnt work. I am 100% sure it has to do with hormone levels but i cant pin point what. We need to figure this out because here i though i was alone but apparantly lots of yall have it wether the symptoms slightly differ.

I know its is not cause by a raise in E or E2. My guess still is HGH or Test. But that alone cant be the cause so we gotta dig deeper. Lets crack this problem !

Lets start gathering clues and leads
    Ill start
    Experience:
I once had HGH rasing pills with argine and other amino acids that supposedly raised HGH, well i took them 3 days in a row and every single day i got a migraine.

I have not taken AAS yet but im sure the same thing will happen just as it happened during puberty

Feel free to contribute, right now im just looking for ur experiences then we can research more!

lack of nutrients is my guess. Have a buddy who works out and gets migraines but its always related to food somehow.

more hormones = higher demand for nutrients.

Take note of when you get them in relation to energy intake and energy expenditure. If energy expenditure was high, then migraine, there's a possible cause. If energy intake is low, there's another. gh also can cause high blood sugar levels so it might be worth testing those when you get a migraine. Just a thought.

In my experience it's not related to food at all, I had the same diet (same type of food all the time) for last six months and I only get migraine when I'm in a cycle.
"High Energy expenditure" makes more sense to me since attacks are always one day after a heavy training day, next day starting around noon. I never get migraine after a rest day!
yesterday I had a horrible migraine attack so I didn't worked out, today I'm okay! going to gym today and I'm already worried about tomorrow!

So AAS gives more endurance and makes me to train way more heavier then I get migraine, that would be a possible link.

One more thing, in my previous cycle which was test and primo, migraines started from week 4,5 right when I started to see great progress.
This time I'm using test, dbol. since orals are short acting they started from day 3 this time.
I had no problem with an Anavar only cycle however. but I never been in such a good condition physically as I'm now, so It could be super high intensity trainings.

A couple of things most people over look. MSG is a big trigger as well as Yellow dye #5.
Try Oxygen therapy. Find someone who uses oxygen and try using it for 10 min or so. It helps a lot of people and pilots claim it's an instant cure for hang overs.

Holy crap, just realized that i also only get migraines on rest days... and Ok, so that would mean that it has to do with the AAS kicking in. Ima look into what else happens during increase in hormonal levels, instead of the obvious lol.

I dont think it has to do with this but maybe oxygen will help.

I am also going to look into light as a major trigger and what it does to the hormones.

science cant pin down the cause of migraines so testing this that and the other wont come up wit anything, they simply just dont know

but ive had them all my life, and as ive said, doctors dont know their exact cause so we are only guessing here.

    from wiki:

The cause of migraine headache is unknown; the most supported theory is that it is related to hyper-excitability of the cerebral cortex and/or abnormal control of pain neurons in the trigeminal nucleus of the brainstem.[7]

wouldnt do a thing for migraine, medication is the only thing for the associated pain, ive been hospitalised with them and pain control is all you can do

I meant as a possible trigger. My daughter gets them from Yellow #5. A co worker if he eats something with MSG he is out for a day or 2.

What do you take? Does Imitrax work for you? Some people it seems to help but others nothing.

no i meant using oxygen therapy wouldnt help mate.

i use clotam rapid (200mg Tolfenamic acid), it ensures i dont get pain, as soon as i know im getting a trigger i pop one, still get flashing lights and disturbed vision though. taurine is esp one to watch with alot of sufferers. never heard of imitrax.

even the strongest OTC's wont work for me
