Thread: T-bol cycle.

    Wink T-bol cycle.

    First a bit about myself.

    24 years old, lifting seriously since 19, on and off since 16.
    5'10
    185 pounds
    roughly 10-13% bf.
    caloric intake roughly 3500-4000 per day.

    Planning on running oral T-bols (50MG ED) for 6 weeks.
    - will post results, side effects, etc.

    PCT will be nolvadex. (I've heard mixed opinions about whether pct is needed for t-bol, but I've already bought it, and I'm not willing to risk it, any imput about exactly what I should run post cylce on that would be great.

    I'm also planning on splitting it 30mg in the morning, and 20mg at night.

    my diet will consist of
    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 6 slices of bacon, 2 slices of toast.
    - morning workout
    snack: weight gainer shake + peice of fruit
    lunch: Burgers
    snack: peice of fruit
    - afternoon workout
    snack: weight gainer shake
    dinner: steak/chicken + salad.

    This is roughly what il eat every day, give or take minor details.

    also - taking vitamin b3 for raises in bad cholestrol,
    - policosano for lowered good cholestrol,
    - milk thistle during cycle for liver toxicity / drinking 12 glasses of water a day.

    Hope you guy's will bump and check out my results!

    2 questions though: nolvadex plan??

    and, vitamin b3 and policosano, should these be run throughout the cycle, or just afer?

    It may be a good idea to run some Test to prevent low testosterone side effects....

    thats a bad diet bro. bacon, burgers and fruit snacks....really...?

    also tbols only is bad. stack it with test, afraid of needles?

    I'm on a Tbol only cycle right now, 3 days in. I am feeling the effect of low testosterone, however I did take some natty boosters yesterday and I reacted pretty well, brough my levels back to normal. That might help for those who don't want to stick themselves. I'm posting my log in a new thread in a moment if anybody reading this is interested...

    Placebo effect, Test boosters have been proven multiple times that they do not work. Also, the only way you would've known if your Test levels returned to normal would have been with bloodwork pre-cycle and bloodwork results after using your "magical test boosters".

    Come on now, burgers? Tbol only? I simply cannot take this seriously. Someone please tell me this is a troll? At least tell us you haven't started this ridiculous approach yet? If so, some education is needed here in both Diet approach and AAS usage.

    IT looks like half your calories are coming from fat.
