First a bit about myself.
24 years old, lifting seriously since 19, on and off since 16.
5'10
185 pounds
roughly 10-13% bf.
caloric intake roughly 3500-4000 per day.
Planning on running oral T-bols (50MG ED) for 6 weeks.
- will post results, side effects, etc.
PCT will be nolvadex. (I've heard mixed opinions about whether pct is needed for t-bol, but I've already bought it, and I'm not willing to risk it, any imput about exactly what I should run post cylce on that would be great.
I'm also planning on splitting it 30mg in the morning, and 20mg at night.
my diet will consist of
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 6 slices of bacon, 2 slices of toast.
- morning workout
snack: weight gainer shake + peice of fruit
lunch: Burgers
snack: peice of fruit
- afternoon workout
snack: weight gainer shake
dinner: steak/chicken + salad.
This is roughly what il eat every day, give or take minor details.
also - taking vitamin b3 for raises in bad cholestrol,
- policosano for lowered good cholestrol,
- milk thistle during cycle for liver toxicity / drinking 12 glasses of water a day.

2 questions though: nolvadex plan??
and, vitamin b3 and policosano, should these be run throughout the cycle, or just afer?
