gyno help

hi im coming to the end of my first cycle dbol and test enenthate. iv had really bad gyno problems all way throu my cycle even now iv been taking 40 mg of nolvadex a day for 2 weeks iv still got lumps behind my niples. is there anything else i can do when i start my next cycle to stop the gyno??? was thinking of taking 20mg of nolvadex from day one of cycle but dont think its gona be enough
