Test Suspension is not limited to power lifters at all, however it is the last thing you would want to use every 3-4 days. This would only cause your test levels to yo yo up and down as it would still supress your natural production and the short life of the suspension would mean that you would be short of testosterone 75% of the time while you used this approach.
Don't try to reinvent the wheel, believe me any simple idea like this has been tried and if it worked you would have heard about it by now.
If you want to try this kind of approach forget about not shutting yourself down do a low dose of test only and eat clean and moderate calories and use HCG at 250 IUs twice per week this will keep the boys in play and the clean/moderate diet will ensure muscle gains with a loss of fat. While a recomp is a very difficult thing for an advanced user one who is a hard gainer with a moderate physique usually has moderate anabolic/androgenic body chemistry and a mild test only cycle with a good diet will turn him into the mesomorphic guy he always wished he was.
