    Expiration date accuracy

When it comes to steroids, be it liquid or pill, and all the little things that supplement them, how accurate are the expiration dates? Can you consume after? Can you extend the life (freezing)?

Agreed, I know of mates running gear long time after Exp has ended. Just be sure its stored correctly.

I wouldnt freeze them. I have had some AAS that was 5 years past expire test 100% label strength before.
With proper storage they can last many years. Dry..dark..cool..about roomp temp is a good environment.
