I've had good results with deca in the past but i bloated a lot on it. This cycle I'm trying EQ cause it is supposed to be extremely similar to deca without the bloating - more hard gains. I'll let you know.
deca nad eq are nothing alike.
Yes, EQ does have a positive effect on collagen synthesis, so it helps rebuild and strengthen joints, tendons, and ligaments.
As I have been an athlete on all my other cycles I grew VERY partial to EQ because it was easy to keep gains on and was very easy on joints, now that my athletic days are gone I'm interested to see how I feel about it without all the benefits to an "athlete". But to answer your question EQ is good with joints.
Im more of a runner than body builder but I lift a lot to. Im debating between low dose of deca or moderate equipose. All I know is know is I really dony like test above trt dose ( I KNOW BLASTPHEMY) It make me bigger than I need to be
I haven't personally used it while rehabbing an injury, so I couldn't tell you. It's like anything else: if you want noticeable results, use it at its sweet spot (600mg/week). Otherwise, just use an HRT dose (maybe 200mg) and give it some months to work.
But I'll ask EQ's biggest advocate for this purpose and get back to you.
Eq dramatically increases collagen sythesis..... but not cross-linking connectivity. The new fibers stimulated byt he EQ are weak and brittle due to this..... which makes it a poor choice for athletes that train hard. Kind of similar to winstrol.....
I did post a study/paper on this a while ago.... it's on the site somewhere.....
