Hey everyone. Im 19 years old. Ive been hardcore training/eating for the past year. Ive made awesome gains. Ive gained 20lbs of mass in the last year. I did a 8 week cycle of T100 a couple months ago. I didnt notice a big increase in strength or weight while on it. I just had a good pump 24/7. At 19 years old should i not even be messing with any of this stuff? I dont want anything messing me up in the long run.
