I guys just a quick check in from the red sea riviera
The weather is 40+ every day and cos its all inclusive I think I've gai ed the 8llb I lost before arriving lol
I've trained 5 x but sadly the gym is sparce so I've kept to 2 20min bursts on the cross trainer and no weights giving my shoulder complete rest
I've also devised my complete 90 day diet for when I get back to what I believe is a watery England
Ill check in and reveal my programme on my return
