I'm really anxious to start. I'm gonna run some test e for 11 weeks with some winny towards the end. I've been running through the whole process of sleep studies and getting a CPAP machine for a while now. I'm told it should be here in 4-6 weeks but I would imagine that means March 2013. Here's the question. Is it stupid to start without it.
Fyi - Stuff like ZMA only makes sleep worse because deeper sleep leads to more interrupted sleep due to relaxed muscles in the neck and throat.
