    Will I over kill it

    Hi ,

    Currently I'm cutting ,
    My diet is a PSMF ( Protien sparing modified fast )
    200 g protien - 15 g carb - 6 g fat
    Basically 800 cals

    I'm 170 pounds
    5'6
    18-20 bf

    Right now I'm running T3 and Clen
    should I stop the T3 or run some gear
    Heard T3 could eat up some muscle

    at 800 calories you are going to loose muscle. No reason to go that low

    No I won't :/
    I have done that diet when I was 12% didn't lose an inch

    If you already know it all why ask a question? You need to have a better understanding of your body and how nutrition works. You can drop to 800 cals but you cant maintain muscle for a long period on that cal count, so as soon as you boost your caloric intake, since you have been starving your body, your body will store as much fat as possible and you'll be right back to 18-20% bf if not more. How did you get from 12% to 20% now? Oh yeah you only ate 800 cals before duh.

    Cals v cals out , u can't get fat If u r not eating at a surplus , plz dnt tell starvation mode cuz that myth always make me lol
    Maybe hormones will rage , but refeed for a day or two will do wonders , search the net for RFL

    I got to 20% cuz I stopped WO and ate alot , Iam not a competitor u know ,so I dnt have to look gd 24/7
    Iam asking experienced people with T3 , forget my diet and calorie intake
    Will ill Be risking muscle if I ran Clen + T3 ?
