You can drop to 800 cals but you cant maintain muscle for a long period on that cal count, so as soon as you boost your caloric intake, since you have been starving your body, your body will store as much fat as possible and you'll be right back to 18-20% bf if not more. How did you get from 12% to 20% now? Oh yeah you only ate 800 cals before duh.
