That is why I posted this in the MMA section, I knew I would get flamed otherwise. Let me start by saying that as an MMA fighter I do a shit load of cardio and endurance exercises daily. Hardly any weight lifting, now by my stats you know I am an ectomorph body type , as much exercising I do It is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve the amount of muscle I want without the help of ASS, I will probably stay this size otherwise. This is the one and only cycle I am ever going to run, and figured the best time to do it is before actual competing.
