New to the forum so just introducing myself.
I'm 37 and 6' 4" and currently 225 at 7%. I was a former fattie weighing in at 260 with a bf of 28.5% dropped it all and have kept it off for over a year.
I'm living a healthy lifestyle workout out everyday and eating what I call "close to the ground" meaning stuff that I can get right from the ground or has been eating stuff right from the ground. lol Basically I avoid most processed foods.
Just here to give an intro. There's a lot of interesting stuff on here.
