Hello boys and girls,
Yes...another newbie to the game here...so please be gentle
40 y/o male, 191lbs been hitting the iron on and off for bout 10years or so. Training consists of multi joint movements (powerlifting) and nutrition is semi clean with focus on proper macros. I consider myself knowledgeable in legal supplementation and have been drug free my entire life. I have recently (within the past 2 years) been experimenting with natty t-boosters with good results.
I am very interested in running a cycle and would like to utilize this forum as one of my many research opportunities. Am i totally ignorant to Anabolic Steroids? No...but i am an information freak and understand that the more knowledge one has on a certain subject the better off one is...this is where you guys come in.
Sooooo, whats your recommendations for a first cycle? PCT? Support Supps?
I was thinking 4weeks of Dbol 30-50mg and Test for 6-8wks...that stack should get some interesting feedback...lol...so many dbol haters...but im not gonna be judgemental.
Support Supps...either cycle support or livcare52, additional milk thistle and hawthorn berry....PCT Nolva
Clomid on hand since i am unaware of how my body will respond to the physiological changes.
Ok, so most of you have prob done a similiar first cycle...lets hear some feedback...Most of you with your current knowledge would either recommend this or not, lets hear why. If you all had the opp to retake your "First Cycle" what would it be? How would you dose and what else would you recommend.

I would have made sure I knew my source better and not wasted $330 on veg oil. Me and my other buddy that bought from him beat his a$$ later though.

No1 is gona put a cycle 2gether 4 u. And it will b just as hard 2 get any1 here to spoon feed u info / knowledge that is readily available 2 any1 that looks 4 it, but u hav 2 do just that.............look 4 it. This "hey im new, someone tell me what drugs 2 use.....!!!!" is a VERY common post around here, as u will c when u start digin round a bit, It wont b hard 4 u 2 figure out what compound is best 4 1st timers, IF u apply a little effort. Also, if ur diet & bf% arnt up 2 par, u don't even need 2 consider a cycle til they r. Good luck Brother.
Beginners cycles good read Pct section Learn about AIs like Adex.Then last but the most important post your diet in the diet section.Tell them your goals.
Thanks for the Input...I have been doing some creeping on this site as well as a few others. Most replies on other forums are negaitive based no matter what the post was about. Incedently I found this forum much more informational so I regestered...
One of my questions was what would you take if you could do it all again? I figured that would give u guys an opp to educate a newbie, sorry if it souded like I wanted you to "spoon feed" me my first cycle...that's not my intention.
Like I stated I'm feel I'm rather knowledgeable with legal supps and I frequently get asked questions on what and when to take...and I always give my honest opinion...hoping to educate and save someone from wasting their money.
Maybe I should of started my post off with "Hey, I'm 17 and have a bunch of DBol, do you think its ok to take by itself, my friend took it without a PCT and did awesome on it so I should too right"...lol...imsure that would of gotten some better educated answers...

Ill do all the above but for the sake of this thread and without getting into to much detail I keep it clean with about 400g of protein a day, complex carbs and healthy fats, with simple carbs only post workout from 6-8 meals a day. I mentioned I train like a powerlifter but I eat more like a BB. BF is at about 10percent...I admit I'm new to AAS but by no means am I a newbie to lifting bi, eating big or getting my rest. Goals...I'm an ecto..always have been, so I want to put on mass, lean mass...who doesn't? Lol
I was afraid that I'd get off on the wrong foot here and go through what most do...I suppose its an initation of sorts...but let me assure you that my diet and training is not what I need info on. I didn't feel that going into detail was gonna do much more then bring negative responses and stray us from my goal of increasing my knowledge about anabolic steroids
Not that it should matter but, I am a 181lb competitive powerlifter. I have been competing in drug free feds for the last 7years and am ready to take the next step. My training, nutrition and supplementation has been dialed in through trial and error by experimenting with different programs, and watching what I eat and supplement to see how my body responds...the PL on here would no doubt know me by name if they are familiar with plwatch....at any rate...any help with my taking the next step would be much appreciated!
sup bro? Dont consider stacking until you have a couple cycles under your belt. Reason being is that if you have a bad reaction to it you wouldnt really be able to accurately pinpoint the problem. Besides 1st cycle of test e will give you great gains on its own anyway. (assuming diet and exercise are on point)
Pretty standard around here that 1st cycle should be test e @500mg /wk anywhere from 8-12 weeks.
Make sure you have pct lined up, wouldnt hurt to have something like aromasin in case you start to develop gyno half way through your cycle. Also make sure your body fat is at a decent level. Nothing above 15%. I'd shoot for 10-12% to avoid estrogen sides as much as possible.
Invest in some HCG too. Your balls will thank you later.

That's some sound advice, I like the idea of keeping it simple at first to see what and how my body responds...so many guys start Off with Dbol to jumpstart a cycle so I figured it sounded reasonable. Your opinion is Test E is the way to go at first? 500mg a week?, I assume in 2 doses spread evenly apart.

Well UnderTheRose, nobody is going to help you find a source for your gear. You're going to have to figure that shit out on your own.
Also, first cycles you want to keep simple, because if you react to something, you'll be able to identify what the smoking gun is. Test only cycles are the best way to go for your first couple cycles. And I wouldn't even say 500mg is absolutely necessary (for test e). I've known people who got good gains off their first cycle with 400mg. And when you're starting off, less is more. The higher the dose is, the more side-effects you'll experience. So that being said the challenge is finding the lowest dose you can take that will give you the gains you want while minimizing the negative side-effects.
Plus you also need to research PCT's and AI's too.

I was thinking about doing a Dbol/Test E cycle...Dbol just to kickstart and see how i react, then off to the races with the Test. Hows this sound
Dbol 1-6weeks
1-2weeks@20mg
3-6weeks@40mg
Test E 2-12weeks
2-12 500mg, 250 2x week
Proviron 25mg
4-6weeks
Nolva 10mg
weeks 7...10-12
I also want to include some HCG, was thinking in my PCT but so many are talking about doing it during cycle and it makes PCT much smoother.
Support supps will be...
Cycle Support or Liv52, with Milk Thistle and Celery Seeds on hand as well...yeah, i said Celery Seeds...instead of Hawthorn Berry. I know everyone brags up Hawthorn Berry and know one mentions Celery Seeds...much better for BP and some great diuretic props too IMO....
