    Sat and Sunday Rest

    my 2nd question..If I Finished my First Cycle..example I cycle January to March = Test E(Bulking)

then June I take 3weeks rest..is that fine?

as a natty i do full body routines and hit the same muscles 2-3x per week. this is b/c it can recover and rebuild in that time frame. I see no reason why when on cycle, one could not do the same - if any thing you should be able to recover better. The entire crew at westside barbell does this, and they are some of the biggest strongest mofos in the world..oly lifters will hit same muscle groups 6x per week.

would not take 3 weeks rest - lower the intensity and do a deload/weights that are easy for you and shorter workouts while you are recovering, but dont just stop lifitng.

Bro it all depends what you are trying to accomplish. I've had the best success with working out one muscle group every 7 days doing compound lifts and going as heavy as I can until failure on every set with no more than 7 reps per set.

If you're going for size go super heavy, low reps, once a week.

I've done the whole hit a muscle 2-3 times a week and it did nothing for me. I guess everyone is different but most big guys I know do once a week heavy weight for mass.

The general rule is time on=Time off for cycling.
