I'm 30yrs old, 5'9'', 14%bf, 192lbs, eat healthy daily, train 4-5d ays/wk (currently doing 30mins of cardio in mornings), smoke pot and eat sweets on the wknds, have done a handfull of cycles in the past 5-6yrs ago. I just recently got my hands on 30amps of enanthate 250 and wanted to know how to run it. But here's the catch...I play semi-pro baseball, no PED testing, and am also a trainer...I'd like to use it to assist me not only in performance but also in appearance. Getting a gradual increase in size and strength would be my goal and I am knowledgable about it, to some degree, but would also like some input from someone outside of my circle just to get a different perspective on things and pick and choose who's little pieces of advice i wana take with me and utilize. I'm just looking to be the best athlete out there and put on a show. I am also a personal trainer and am very athletic and active outside of they gym. I'd like to stay lean or leaner and get stronger and faster. I also look to get some GH pretty soon but wana run this enanthate soon before my season starts...please help!!!
