k guys go easy no flamin, first post::
k, been workin out for about 3 years, here's my current routine:
3daysplit
Legs/Shoulders
Chest/Back
Bis/Tris/Abs
Legs/shoulders/chest/back all get 2 heavy coumpound lifts at 5x5 and a couple burnout workouts afterwards for mass, usually a total of 5 more sets in the 8-12reprange
Bis/Tris get an isolation 5x5, and then I do a full arm burnout 3 sets
Abs/obliques 6xfailure weighted in the 15-25 rep range
I've been on a 300 (clean bulk) calorie surplus with an average 45/35/20 macro ratio for about a year, currently around 14%bf
I eat clean foods, except for canned chili which i eat almost daily, fits into my macros.
I got my omega369, a multi, EAA/BCAA, and my whey (my multi contains milk thistle and ALA, is this enough or should i get seperate supplements for prevention of liver damage?)
all set, right? been making great gains, ~average of .6lbs of clean muscle a week.
However, I'd really like to go on a cycle, either for stregnth, or both size and stregnth. Alot of research I've done suggests either a 10-12week test cycle, a 6week dbol alone cycle, or an anavar cycle.
Anavar's side effects are negligible compared to test/dbol so if someone can point me in the right direction for a reliable/relativly cheap cycle I'd gladly appreciate it. Plus Anavar is almost pure stregnth gains (no mass) so i could go back into weight class boxing with it :]
I'd much rather take dbol over test, cuz with test it's all injection
so I found a nice little dbol cycle
weeks 1-6, 40mg/dbol/day
weeks 3-6, 10mg/nolv/day
weeks 7-8, 50mg/clomid/day
firstly, do I need an AI or CortBlocker etc... with dbol? or is just the nolv and clomid good enough? secondly, how should I change my current workout routine when i introduce either dbol or anavar? thirdly, how many more calories should I introduce into my diet above my maintenance, being at 300 for a clean bulk, how many would I need for maximum gains but still be clean? lastly, how should my pct workouts look? this part is especially confusing for me.
