Hi, I have used the following diet to lose some weight, i enjoy eating it so
Would like to try and "convert" it to a diet for a clean bulk
Training wise I do MMA for my cardio around 3/4 days a week, and weights 2 days a week, I follow wendlers 5/3/1 system for strength, my plan was to reverse this and do weights 4 day split and 2 days MMA.
Stats:
Age 29
Height 5ft 11
Weight 175lbs
Bf % around 15 %
Goal: lean bulk to put a shape to my frame
Diet:
Breakfast: 4 scrambled whole eggs, 50g of oats in water with a spoon of manuka honey
Snack: 50g of oats in water, 1x scoop of myofusion in water
Lunch: 200g steamed cod/200g king prawns, 100g brown basmati rice, big helping of broccoli
Snack: same as snack 1
Dinner: same as lunch
Pre-workout drink: jack3d/rampage/1m.r
training from 7:30pm
Post workout: post workout shake containing 30g protein, 30g oats
Any advice would be great
