Hey all, just getting my intro outta they way. I'm a 31 year old gym rat thats been training for roughly 10 years, serious that is. I usually stay around 250 all season and around 13-14% bf. I'm a military vet and live in the Northern Virginia area. I joined cause I'm getting the itch to gear up and educate myself once again and find good sources. Hopefully this site will point me i the right direction...Thanks for your time
