Hi everyone,
I have been a serious weight trainer for about four years now and love the results that I get. A year ago I suffered a hip injury and am still awaiting the surgery for the issue. Should be the end of November or December hopefully. I have been hating the fact that I can not do legs anymore and I am not even supposed to do running which screws my cardio a ton. I am going into the field of sports med and am currently working my degree right now. I have a ton of knowledge in nutrition and diet but need some more work with weight programs that suit me. I will definitely try and post some great info on the diet forum as well as read other people's posts. Nutrition is the biggest factor in this game and none of us would get anywhere without it. Well I would just like to say that it is great to be on the forum and I look forward to some great knowledge from you all.
