4wks out and taking in 60 grams carbs for breaky in the form of oatmeal and allbran n than 80 grams postwrkout in the form of waxymaize.just wondering if this is about right or too much too little etc etc.im around 240lbs

It's really going to vary from person to person. I was taught the no carb way, by 3-4 weeks out I'm on no carbs or one carb meal after leg workouts or one meal every three days. That should give you good results, if your not happy with your bodyfat before you loose the water then go more aggressive next time and drop down to 25 gr meal per day. I've been kinda flamed here for saying this but when your competing ALL that maters is looking your best and better then everyone else. You have to be extreamly lean.
