Running a Test E cycle for 15 weeks at 500mg.
I am 185 pounds 10-12% BF
Looking for clean/lean gains hopefully lose BF to
Diet is:
3484 Calories 312.5 Protein 351 Carbs 92.5 Fat
-Chicken
-Brown Rice
-Shakes
-Protein Bar
-Wheat bread/wheat pasta
-red meat (not very often)
does this diet seem good for my goal of lean gains and for my weight?

but tell me what you would change, just remember i barely have time to cook and low cash budget. I know a lot is wrong with this just need constructive critcisim
