    3 Weeks ago i started a training regimen i want to share to see if you guys could tell me what i could realistically add to it to speed up triglyceride removal!

    me.
    265 pounds/26 years old/ 6'2

    the juice
    100mg per C. Test Prop 3 shots a week mid week shot at 1.5c
    200mg per C Equipoise 2 shots a week at 1C

    EAC stack at 25mgE/87mgA/200mgC 3 times a day.

    Lean meals mostly comprised of Fish or beef. (Jimmy Johns) at work mostly Vegetarian or Tuna. lettuce wrap instead of Bread.

    Currently im hitting the gym at least 1 once a day and doing at least 1 mile of cardio at least 3 times a week.

    Anything i can do to speed up the process please let me know. I am attaching a photo of myself so you can have a better idea of my fitness level as i currently stand.

    Dont really know what your asking here bro.

    So your running 350mg prop and 400mg eq? How long are you running it for and what kind of results have you seen so far?

    i am attempting a 12 week run and post cycle then, a self evaluation on rather or not to do another cut cycle or if im ready for a bulk cycle.

    Sorry i might not have said enough. i am trying to burn off fat in the fastest time frame possible. At the same time steroids in general are very new to me so i am teaching myself the chemistry i need as i go. I know this sounds bad but i don't know how else to word it. I want to max the burn rate so i can start a bulking cycle. If there is something i can add or something else i could do in the gym or diet wise to help speed things along i am all for it. The way i am currently looking at it is i want to start my life over in essence.

    The benefits of being physically attractive to the risk ratio of death to me is overwhelmingly in favor of attractiveness. While you might not agree my current philosophy is i am going to not be fat anymore or i am going to be dead from attempting to fix it. But regardless of outcome my weight is simply not going to be an issue any longer due to getting in shape or simply being to dead to care about how i look anymore.

    As far as diet I would suggest carb cycling. It works amazing for me. I go as low as 50grams of carbs a day for 3 days then one high carb day to refill glycogen stores. 1.5 grams of protein per lb. AT LEAST on the low carb days. On the high carb day do 200 - 300 grams of carbs...do this over and over...u dont need to do cardio on ur high carb days. So run 3 miles a week as u have but do it on the low carb days.
